We recorded this show last weekend, but I held off posting it because we were supposed to be moving to a new server early this week and I thought I’d post it after the move. However, there was a hold-up with the domain registration transfer, and things took longer than expected, so the show’s a week late. We won’t post another show this weekend, but things will return to normal next weekend (we don’t want to waste too much of the time we could spend talking about George W. Bush’s visit to Australia for the OPEC - I mean APEC - meeting).

Hello, Jana! Hello, Muffintot! Hi, Zan.
Eddy is in the space-time continuum again and I ended up here instead of at The Corridor page.
A much better destination than nowhere at all/page not found. Still surprising.
More surprising still that this looks to be the first comment.
Best of luck with the new server and schedule!

Did you put the Corridor address in? There have been weird things afoot lately, but that shouldn’t happen …

Uh oh. This episode isn’t showing up in my subscription on iTunes. I wouldn’t have even known it was online, except I’m subscribed to the comments RSS.

Oh, how I hate moving servers. And why must plugin developers make new versions of plugins which aren’t compatible with the settings for old ones? Where do they get off with their lousy striving for excellence?
Hopefully everything’s working, now. iTunes tends to take a while to update, so it’ll probably be a while before the new show appears.

This was more entertaining than anticipated - Zan, I had The Corridor bookmarked, and that’s what brought me here, my bookmark. Which is www.bobsyeruncle.net/the-corridor,
which now makes sense. Part of the address works.
First, I thought I’d clicked the wrong thing. Second, I made up a story to explain why you’d done it on purpose.
But it’s all due to the mysterious ways of electronics.

What is this vagina you speak of? Is there any chance of seeing one over teh intarwebs?
Actually, I believe the G-spot was discovered to be located somewhere near Chicago. Have to check my atlas.

Kevbo,
Sadly, due to strict censorship, there’s absolutely no chance at all of seeing a vagina on the Internet.

Have you ever filled in life expectancy calulators of the kind seen here:
http://read.nwsource.com/lifeexpectancycalculator/index.cfm
If I say “Yes” to flossing my teeth, they add 8 months on to my projected lifespan.

I most decidedly have a G-Spot and have had G-Spot orgasms. They take longer to achieve for me than clitoral orgasms, and require quite a bit more pressure, but they are more intense. Most definitely a different animal than the “regular” clitoral orgasm. I have never ejaculated, or even wet myself during orgasm, though.

I can also attest to the presence of a G-Spot in my bedmates since becoming aware of it in the 80s. As you said, it is on the anterior wall of the vagina, and typically about 1.5″ inside. To my fingers, it has a spongy, striated, or textured feel, quite distinct from any other place in the vagina. You’re partially correct about vaginal sensation–although clitoral sensation is usually more intense, vaginal pleasure receptors are more dense in the inch or two closest to the labia, and can elicit or complement orgasm. Of course, this varies significantly between women.
All of these partners enjoyed G-Spot stimulation in varying degrees, sometimes to their surprise. I usually combined manual G-Spot attention with oral clitoral stimulation, and have witnessed female orgasm. I have gotten a close-up faceful of female ejaculate as well as received a direct hit from a half meter away. I don’t know what it comprises, but it traveled fast, didn’t taste or smell of “wee,” had no color, and wasn’t particularly slippery.
I would speculate that partners who have preferred the “doggy-style” position or the reverse cowgirl did so because of the extra sensation they experienced in this sensitive area. Since it typically is located just behind the pubic bone, and before the vagina curves to the anterior, an oppositely-curved cock will tend to deliver more pressure on the G-Spot.
I’m glad your MD listener with the presidential names is curious and open-minded about female ejaculation. Women I’ve known and loved have left doctors’ offices feeling ashamed of themselves for seeking a professional opinion about “is this normal?” Even female doctors have been cold and dismissive on the topic, which has done harm to my loved ones, and made them embarassed of their sexuality for months or years.
To summarize my experiences: there is most certainly a distinct vaginal feature which many call the G-Spot, and it can respond to touch with moderately to exquisitely pleasurable sensation. It does seem able to elicit female ejaculation in a way clitoral stimulation does not. I originally thought this ejaculate might be wee, now I realize I do not know. It doesn’t matter at all, considering the shame and inhibition I’ve seen in partners facing the idea of wetting themselves during lovemaking.
