Dear listeners,
For some reason, the database which runs our website is experiencing problems at the moment. I’ve asked the techies at our web host to give me some help, so hopefully things will be up and running again soon. We’ll record a show this weekend and have it available as soon as possible.
Zan.

That’s a relief! Yesterday I noticed your site had lost its content and was afraid you were in the process of deleting your content and abandoning the podcast. That’s not allowed.

I checked the news to make sure Australia was still around. Just in case. I guess database problems are a more likely explanation.

Also, I just noticed that iTunes isn’t connecting to your podcast feed. This is all quite traumatic for me.

Due to technical difficulties I cannot add this comment to the proper episode. Key Lime pie is made with a particular kind of lime, the Key Lime. The Key Lime lime (Citrus aurantifolia Swingle), also referred to as a Mexican Lime, bears a profuse amount of small, thin-skinned, greenish-yellow limes. This juicy lime is known for its distinctive aroma high-acid content. For whatever reason I associate them with Florida, where I think they grow best w/in the US.

I just added some more information to the last post. Everyone should still be able to access shows from a feed now that I’ve shut down some features of the website - the show just won’t be available from the iTunes Music Store until the problem is fixed.

You gotta love technology. Damn Gremlins.

Has Jana’a demon rubber ducky of doom destroyed the entire internet?
Can Zan conquer the baffling breakdowns of these tremendous technologies?
Will Tvindy call himself if there is no new episode?
For the anxious answers to these questions and many more, tune in next time — same Bob time, same Bob channel for the next exciting edition of “Bob’s Yer Uncle!”

Nah, it turns out I was wrong about the feed surviving these problems. The only way to get this week’s show at the moment is to just download it directly (I’ve put a link at the top of the show post). Hopefully things will be working again soon.
